Terms of Use

1. About Reyes Connect & acceptance

Reyes Connect is a social platform for the Latino community, built around professional networking, education, internet search, and family life, with a focus on Physical AI. Our assistant, NOV!A, can see, listen, reason and act to help you — in the app and by voice on Alexa. Reyes Connect also offers licensed services in Florida: life and health insurance (FL #G298682 · NPN #22061550), mortgage guidance (NMLS #2789921) and real estate connections. By using reyesconnectapp.com or our apps and skills, you agree to these Terms. Reyes Connect Inc operates the platform.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Kids and family features are meant for use under a parent or guardian. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, fraud, or unlawful activity.
  • In the marketplace, do not list prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeits, anything illegal). Meet safely and verify what you buy or sell.
  • Do not misuse the assistant, scrape the service, or attempt to break security.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, posts, songs, stories). You grant Reyes Connect a license to host and display your content to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

4A. Community standards: zero tolerance

  • Zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content and for abusive users: hate, harassment, bullying, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, fraud, spam, or anything illegal. This applies to comments, questions, stories (FLY), listings and any other content you post.
  • Report and block. You can report any post (the ⚑ / Report button) and block any user ("Block this user"). When you block someone, you no longer see their comments, stories or listings. You can unblock them anytime from Support.
  • We act within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours; we remove content that breaks these standards and suspend or remove the account that posted it. Content is also filtered automatically before it is published.
  • Before your first post, we ask you to accept these standards once. Breaking them can lead to removal of content and termination of your account without notice.

4A. Normas de la comunidad: cero tolerancia (Español)

  • Cero tolerancia con el contenido ofensivo o abusivo y con los usuarios abusivos: odio, acoso, intimidación, amenazas, contenido sexual explícito, violencia, fraude, spam o cualquier cosa ilegal. Aplica a comentarios, preguntas, historias (FLY), anuncios y todo lo que publiques.
  • Reportar y bloquear. Puedes reportar cualquier publicación (botón ⚑ / Reportar) y bloquear a cualquier usuario ("Bloquear a este usuario"). Al bloquear a alguien ya no verás sus comentarios, historias ni anuncios. Puedes desbloquearlo cuando quieras desde Soporte.
  • Actuamos en menos de 24 horas. Revisamos cada reporte en menos de 24 horas; retiramos el contenido que rompe estas normas y suspendemos o eliminamos la cuenta que lo publicó. Además, el contenido se filtra automáticamente antes de publicarse.
  • Antes de tu primera publicación te pedimos aceptar estas normas una sola vez. Romperlas puede llevar a retirar el contenido y cerrar tu cuenta sin previo aviso.

5. Marketplace & transactions

Reyes Connect provides the venue and tools to connect buyers, sellers, agents and businesses. Unless expressly stated, we are the meeting place, not a party to your transaction. Business/creator accounts may be reviewed before approval.

6. Voice, NOV!A & AI

NOV!A is an AI assistant that helps you by voice and text. Its guidance — including about insurance, mortgages, finance and real estate — is educational and is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, nor a binding offer. It does not quote or promise rates or approvals. A licensed professional assists you with any application or transaction.

Before your first use of NOV!A by chat, voice or camera, we ask your permission to send what you type, what you say by voice (audio or its transcript) and the images you choose to analyze to third-party AI providers (Google, NVIDIA, ElevenLabs for the NOV!A voice and, as backup, others such as DeepSeek or Nebius), only to answer you. You can withdraw it anytime from Support; see our Privacy Policy.

Antes del primer uso de NOV!A por chat, voz o cámara te pedimos permiso para enviar lo que escribes, lo que dices por voz (el audio o su transcripción) y las imágenes que decides analizar a proveedores externos de IA (Google, NVIDIA, ElevenLabs para la voz de NOV!A y, de respaldo, otros como DeepSeek o Nebius), solo para responderte. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras desde Soporte.

7. Music, media & intellectual property

Reyes Connect's brand, software and original music are our property or licensed to us. The music in Reyes Connect Sound and Radio is produced by Reyes Connect (original, no third-party licenses). If you upload music as an artist, you confirm you own the rights and grant us permission to distribute it on our platform. Do not upload content you do not own.

8. Third-party services

You may connect third-party accounts (such as Spotify or Amazon Alexa). Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon, Spotify or Apple. When you connect a third-party account, its content plays from your own account — we do not re-broadcast it.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." Illustrations and projections (IUL, annuities, etc.) are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reyes Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under law. Equal Housing Opportunity.

10. Termination, changes, law & contact

11. Reyes Connect companies

The Reyes Connect platform is owned and operated by REYES CONNECT INC. Services on the platform are provided by these separate legal entities of the group, each responsible for its own services. Business address for all: 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131.

12. Memberships, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds and Coins

  • Price before you pay. The free account costs nothing and needs no card. Paid membership levels are: Community: $49/month · Socio: $99/month · Business & capital: $249/month. We show the level you chose and its price before you pay.
  • Automatic renewal. A paid membership is charged when you subscribe and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • How to cancel. To cancel, use «Manage or cancel» in your membership, where that button is available, or email support@reyesconnectapp.com before your next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for: you keep your level until then and you are not charged again.
  • Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Coins. Reyes Connect Coins are closed-loop credit for use only inside Reyes Connect. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person. See the Coins Program Terms.
  • No pay for sign-ups or recruiting. A membership does not pay you for signing up, for inviting people or for recruiting anyone, and it pays no commissions.
  • No promise of income. Reyes Connect makes no promise of income or earnings from a membership or from using the platform.
  • Benefits turned on by a person. Benefits marked «Activated within 48 business hours» are turned on by a person on our team after your payment, while we automate them. Benefits marked «Coming soon» are not part of what you pay for today.
  • Reyes Connect Card and Card Pro. The Reyes Connect Card ($49.99/month) and the Reyes Connect Card Pro for businesses ($99.99/month) start with the free period shown before you sign up, with the date of the first charge. When the free period ends, the plan is charged automatically every month until you cancel. To pay nothing, cancel before that first charge, through the same channels described above.

12. Membresías, renovación automática, cancelación, reembolsos y Coins (en español)

  • Precio antes de pagar. La cuenta gratis no cuesta nada y no pide tarjeta. Los niveles de membresía pagados son: Comunidad: $49/mes · Socio: $99/mes · Empresa y capital: $249/mes. Te mostramos el nivel que elegiste y su precio antes de que pagues.
  • Renovación automática. Una membresía pagada se cobra al suscribirte y se renueva automáticamente cada mes hasta que la canceles.
  • Cómo cancelar. Para cancelar, usa «Administrar o cancelar» en tu membresía, donde ese botón esté disponible, o escribe a support@reyesconnectapp.com antes de tu siguiente cobro. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo que ya pagaste: conservas tu nivel hasta entonces y no se te vuelve a cobrar.
  • Reembolsos. Los reembolsos siguen nuestra Política de reembolsos y cancelación.
  • Coins. Los Coins de Reyes Connect son crédito de circuito cerrado para usar solo dentro de Reyes Connect. No son dinero, no tienen valor en efectivo, no se pueden retirar ni cambiar por efectivo y no se pueden transferir a otra persona. Consulta los Términos del programa de Coins.
  • Sin pago por registrarse ni por reclutar. Una membresía no te paga por registrarte, por invitar gente ni por reclutar a nadie, y no paga comisiones.
  • Sin promesa de ingresos. Reyes Connect no promete ingresos ni ganancias por una membresía ni por usar la plataforma.
  • Beneficios que enciende una persona. Los beneficios marcados «Se activa en 48 h hábiles» los enciende una persona de nuestro equipo después de tu pago, mientras los automatizamos. Los marcados «Próximamente» no son parte de lo que pagas hoy.
  • Reyes Connect Card y Card Pro. La Reyes Connect Card ($49.99/mes) y la Reyes Connect Card Pro para negocios ($99.99/mes) empiezan con el periodo gratis que te mostramos antes de inscribirte, con la fecha del primer cobro. Cuando termina el periodo gratis, el plan se cobra automáticamente cada mes hasta que lo canceles. Para no pagar nada, cancela antes de ese primer cobro por los mismos canales de arriba.
