1. 1. WHAT THEY ARE

   Reyes Connect Coins are platform reward credits. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be bought or sold between people and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside Reyes Connect (no cash-out).

2. 2. HOW YOU EARN THEM

   You get a welcome bonus when you create your account. In addition, while there is program budget, you earn them for actions verified by the platform: publishing a public post of non-regulated content with #ad #ReyesConnect, listening to the podcast and completing lessons on non-regulated topics. Every action has a daily and monthly cap; without budget, those actions are paused.

3. 3. NEVER FOR INSURANCE, LOANS OR HEALTH

   You never earn them for quoting, applying for, buying or paying for insurance; for applying for a mortgage, loan or credit; or for enrolling in a health or Medicare plan. Another person buying insurance or requesting a loan generates Coins for no one. A Florida-licensed agent explains your insurance options at no cost.

4. 4. WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR

   They are redeemed only as a discount on Reyes Connect store products: 100 Coins = $10 off, with a per-order cap. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred (not even between people). They never apply to insurance premiums, loans, credit payments or regulated services.

5. 5. EXPIRATION

   Earned Coins expire 90 days after they are issued.

6. 6. NOTHING FOR BRINGING PEOPLE

   No one receives Coins for inviting people or because another person creates an account or buys something. Creating your own, duplicate or fake accounts to earn Coins voids the Coins and may close the account.

7. 7. DISCLOSURE WHEN SHARING

   If you share Reyes Connect and may earn Coins, your post must say so (#ad #ReyesConnect). Share the approved content without modifying it; do not give quotes, opinions on coverage or insurance or loan advice (that requires a license). Make no promises or claims: you do not sell insurance or loans, you share Reyes Connect.

8. 8. ENTITIES

   The Coins program belongs to Reyes Connect Inc. Reyes Connect Insurance LLC (FL L134385) is a separate insurance agency; no program benefit is conditioned on buying, quoting or keeping insurance, nor is it offered as an inducement to do so.

9. 9. ELIGIBILITY

   Ages 18 and over, one account per person and U.S. residents. Once phone verification exists, it will be required before the first Coin.

10. 10. CHANGES AND LEGAL NATURE

    Reyes Connect may adjust values, caps and rules with notice in the app. Coins are not a security or a financial product and they bear no interest.
